Lawn Programs 1Below are the details for our four most popular lawn care programs in Lincoln, NE and surrounding areas. We can also customize a plan to suit your specific needs or budget. All plans follow BMP (Best Management Practice). This simply means we will utilize the best product and safest application of that product for targeted control of weeds that pop up throughout the season. Each application includes fertilizer customized to the unique needs of the grass, and specific to that particular application. All lawn care programs include our Happy Lawn Guarantee and a lawn health report with each application.

  • This plan does not include any weed control, focusing on building the turf to a point where weed controls are not needed. If a particular weed persists to a point where chemical control is needed, we will price the control options for you.

EARLY SPRING APPLICATION #1

Complete turf fertilizer and soil food, formulated to help your lawn recover from winter stress and prepare for the summer ahead. Pre-emergent weed control and crabgrass prevent are applied with this application in addition to targeted weed control as needed. Optional: Core Aeration, Liquid Aeration, Seeding, Tree & Shrub Treatment

SPRING APPLICATION #2

Complete slow release fertilizer and weed control, formulated to produce controlled healthy growth, limiting potential for fungus. We also combine a pre-emergent in this application, capable of nabbing weeds already germinated, in addition to the regular broadleaf weed control. Optional: Seeding, Disease Control, Turf Insect Control, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control, Tree & Shrub Treatment

EARLY SUMMER APPLICATION #3

Slow release fertilizer, formulated to stabilize growth, focusing energy to root production and disease resistance. Preparing for the hot summer days, this application will help the transpiration process, reducing water stress. Post-emergent weed control is included as needed. Optional: Grub Control (Prevent), Turf Insect Control, Disease Control, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control, Tree & Shrub Treatment

SUMMER APPLICATION #4

Complete fertilizer, formulated to help your turf withstand the summer heat. This formula is focused on increasing microbial activity in the soil to help oxygenate the soil and mineralize organic nutrients for growth and development. This soil building application is very critical in producing a thick healthy lawn. Optional: Seeding, Core Aeration, Lawn Renovation, Turf Insect Control, Disease Control, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control, Tree & Shrub Treatment

FALL APPLICATION #5

Complete slow release fertilizer, formulated to help the plant recover from the stress of the summer and prepare for the winter. This application is extremely important for root development. In addition, fall is the best time for most weed control, especially dandelions. Optional: Seeding, Core Aeration, Lawn Renovation, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control, Tree & Shrub Treatment
